Agreement to Terms
By using this website and/or renting a vehicle from CTD Impact LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Rental Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid U.S driver’s license
- Provide valid insurance (if required)
- Provide additional form of ID
- Pass identity and security verification
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion.

Reservations & Payments
- All reservations require a valid payment method.
- A security deposit may be required.
- Rental fees are due before vehicle pickup.

Vehicle Use Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Use the vehicle for illegal activities
- Drive outside approved geographic areas
- Sublease or allow unauthorized drivers
- Use the vehicle for racing

Insurance & Liability
You are fully responsible for:
- Any damage to the vehicle
- Theft
- Traffic violations and tolls
- Cleaning or smoking fees
You may purchase optional protection plans where available.

Breakdowns & Accidents
In case of an accident or breakdown, you must:
- Contact us immediately
- File a police report if required
- Not abandon the vehicle

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies are stated at time of booking.
- No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.

Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Tamper with GPS tracking devices
- Smoke in the vehicle
- Go out of state
- Transport illegal substances
Violation may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.

You agree not to:
- Hack, damage, or disrupt the website
- Use our content without permission

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Personal items left in vehicles
- Delays caused by mechanical issues
- Indirect or incidental damages

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
